The downloadable files contain on this site is for church use only. The downloadable content is licensed for a single church and is non-transferable.  

2. Use of Materials Provided.

The copyright laws of the U.S. and other countries protect all of the material on the Christmas Backgrounds Site. You are only allowed to use these materials as indicated in these terms & conditions; other uses are prohibited by copyright laws. All of the material contained in the Christmas Backgrounds: Background Collections, Announcements, and Sermon Templates may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, published, commercially exploited or otherwise transferred in any copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise.

3. What Do I Do If You Think There May Be a Copyright Infringement?

If you believe that your material or the material of another has been wrongfully used, please contact us at   In order for us to investigate and address your complaint, please provide us with all information regarding the materials in question.

4. Emails to Members

As a client, we will keep you informed by email on major updates or revisions to the site. All Christmas Backgrounds emails, including newsletters and announcements, will contain information on how to unsubscribe from that email list. In the event that you receive an email that you think is unsolicited, please follow the instructions contained in the email for letting us know and we will make every effort to have your email address removed from future mailings.

 

5.  You Agree To Indemnify Christmas Backgrounds for Any Claims Resulting From Your Violation of These Terms and Conditions.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CHRISTMAS BACKGROUNDS, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, LICENSORS AND ANY OTHER PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR USE OF THE CHRISTMAS BACKGROUNDS SERVICE, AND THE CONDUCT OF ANOTHER ACCESSING THE CHRISTMAS BACKGROUNDS MATERIALS.

 

6. Warranties.

CHRISTMAS BACKGROUNDS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

7. Limited Liability.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CHRISTMAS BACKGROUNDS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE CHRISTMAS BACKGROUNDS SITE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

8. Christmas Backgrounds may Amend These Terms and Conditions At Any Time.

You agree that Christmas Backgrounds reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate Christmas Backgrounds services or any part of the services.

9. This is The Entire Agreement Between You and Christmas Backgrounds.

These Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between you and Christmas Backgrounds and govern your use of the Christmas Backgrounds Site and services. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements between you and Christmas Backgrounds. The failure of Christmas Backgrounds to enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of the right or provision. If any portion of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, the other portions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
